Slumbio · updated September 2026
Privacy
Slumbio has no account, no server and no analytics. Nothing you do in it leaves your phone.
What the app stores
Your settings, saved mixes, breathing preferences and the sleep journal are written to the app's own folder on your phone. They are included in your iCloud or iTunes device backup like any other app data. Deleting the app deletes them.
What the app sends
Nothing. The app makes no network requests. There is no crash reporting, no usage tracking, no advertising identifier, and no third-party code that phones home.
Purchases
Slumbio Plus is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment and knows what you bought; I receive aggregate sales figures from Apple and nothing about you personally. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your phone.
Notifications
If you turn on the sunrise alarm, the bedtime reminder, or start a free week, the app schedules local notifications on your phone. They are created and delivered by iOS on the device. No notification server is involved.
Health
Slumbio does not read or write Health data.
Children
Slumbio is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If any of this changes, the date at the top will, and the app will say so before it does anything new.
